The Leadership Accelerator is a cohort-based leadership development program designed to equip emerging leaders with the mindset and skills to lead with impact on their teams, within their organizations, and across their communities. Rooted in the belief that leadership isn’t defined by title but by the courage to step forward and create change, the program brings together a dynamic cohort of rising leaders ready to grow, challenge themselves, and expand their influence.

How We Gather: Fall 2026 Cohort (October 23 - November 20)
This five-week journey blends in-person leadership training with virtual learning and coaching—designed to fit into full-time schedules while maintaining momentum between sessions.

Our in-person sessions provide immersive, hands-on learning and meaningful peer connection, while the virtual session reinforces key concepts and deepens application. Together, these trainings equip you with practical tools to grow your leadership from the inside out.

ICF-Certified Group Coaching
Every participant in the Leadership Accelerator receives ICF-certified group coaching to accelerate growth, confidence, and clarity. These interactive sessions create space for reflection, real-time problem solving, and peer learning—ensuring leadership development doesn’t just stay theoretical, but translates directly into action. Lunch and snacks provided at each in-person session.
