Sustainability at Omni:
A Lasting Commitment

Sustainability is central to how we live our values. At Omni, it means balancing environmental responsibility, social equity, and long-term resilience—what’s often called the triple bottom line. While our operations are lean, we recognize our responsibility to lead by example and reduce our environmental impact wherever we can.

Progress on Our Sustainability Plan

In January 2023, we launched our first Environmental Sustainability Plan—our roadmap for making operations more sustainable and holding ourselves accountable. Climate change is an urgent challenge, and while our plan is just one step, it reflects concrete ways we can reduce our environmental impact.

Reducing Our Carbon Footprint

Offsetting Travel Emissions

Travel is sometimes necessary to support our clients and partners—but we take responsibility for its impact.

  • Offset 88.97 metric tons of carbon since January 2023 through verified carbon credits
  • Prioritize virtual collaboration and minimize nonessential travel
  • Acknowledge that while offsets aren’t perfect, they help mitigate unavoidable emissions
Right-Sizing Our Office Space

In 2024, we moved from a 9,300 sq. ft. office into a shared space at The Alliance Center, a sustainability-focused, LEED-certified coworking hub in downtown Denver.

This transition allows us to:
  • Significantly reduce emissions by operating in a smaller, greener space
  • Support sustainable commuting with transit and bike-friendly access
  • Align our workplace with our sustainability values

Sustainable Office Transition

When closing our old space, we prioritized reuse and responsible disposal.

  • Repurposed furniture and office supplies across our team
  • Recycled electronics through certified e-waste programs
  • Donated furniture and appliances to Lutheran Family Services to support refugee resettlement
