The Pitkin Area Co-Responder Team (PACT) blends public safety and behavioral health by embedding mental health clinicians alongside law enforcement in response to behavioral health and substance use-related calls. Omni supports PACT’s mission by providing foundational evaluation services, including a program logic model and sustainability planning to ensure long-term viability.In addition to designing a custom client satisfaction survey, Omni plays a central role in ongoing data collection and performance reporting. This includes managing quarterly and annual reports tailored to two distinct funding streams, offering insights into program activities and impact.Omni works closely with Julota, PACT’s data management platform, to improve the accuracy of recorded information—ranging from client encounters and demographics to law enforcement referrals and substance use trends. Omni also tracks dispatch activity and off-hours referrals, helping the PACT team maintain a full picture of service delivery and operational gaps.Ultimately, this partnership empowers the PACT team to retrieve and interpret key performance data independently—enhancing their ability to adapt, improve, and serve their community more effectively.
