Eagle County Community Health Assessment

Drawing on diverse data sources—including the Healthy KidsColorado Survey, CDPHE indicators, BRFSS, U.S. Census, and local surveys—Omni’s research team synthesized secondary data across a wide range of health domains, from mental health and chronic disease to housing and environmental health. The team applied a health equity framework to organize the findings, revealing disparities across subpopulations and highlighting trends over time.

Through comparative analysis at the regional, state, and national levels, the project identified both areas of strength and key opportunities for targeted improvement. The insights generated are now helping Eagle County prioritize public health strategies, tailor interventions, and develop a Public Health Improvement Plan rooted in data and responsive to community context.
