In the face of a growing overdose crisis, the question isn’t whether naloxone access is important, it’s how to ensure it reaches everyone who needs it. In 2023, Omni partnered with the Colorado Consortium for Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention to tackle that question head-on.

Omni began with a deep dive into the research, scanning national reports, case studies, and tools to understand how saturation is defined—and what successful models look like. But we didn’t stop there. We launched a survey of Colorado stakeholders to bring in real-time, local insight and hosted a facilitated session with key leaders to pressure-test the findings and push toward consensus.

For the report, Omni synthesized everything into a single, high-impact summary that outlines Colorado’s priorities, identifies strategic gaps, and charts a path toward a smarter, more targeted naloxone saturation strategy. This work is setting the stage for action—and, ultimately, for lives saved.
