As Proposal Manager at Omni, Meredith guides the proposal process with the business development and research teams through sourcing and reviewing opportunities, managing proposal schedules, coordinating content development, reviewing of content and layout, delivering proposals, and following up on outcomes. She brings her editing expertise and years of proposal experience to help our team win opportunities.
Prior to joining Omni in 2023, Meredith was a proposal manager and editor with a public sector proposal team. She has also worked with several non-profit organizations focused on bird conservation and education programs.
Meredith is a Volunteer Naturalist with Colorado Parks and Wildlife and surveys raptor activity in the state’s parks. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and she also loves making stuffed animals, cosplay costumes, Halloween decorations, and anything creative.
