Omni partnered with Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO) to design and pilot a community-centered, equity-driven evaluation strategy aligned with GOCO’s 2020 strategic plan. This work resulted in a shared theory of change, refined outcomes, and staff capacity to implement the evaluation independently

Since 2020, Omni has served as the evaluation partner for the Alabama Department of Mental Health (ADMH), supporting its efforts under the SAMHSA-funded Substance Use Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services (SUPTRS) Block Grant. In this role, Omni has designed and led a comprehensive, statewide process and outcome evaluation, spanning Alabama’s 67 counties. Our work integrates mixed-methods data collection, tailored evaluation technical assistance, and capacity building with local substance use prevention providers—ensuring that insights translate into real, community-level impact.

Omni was the evaluation and learning partner to the Women’s Foundation of Colorado (WFCO) for their strategic grantmaking initiative, Women Achieving Greater Economic Security (WAGES). Through WAGES, 23 diverse direct service and policy organizations came together to share and innovate strategies, foster new collaborations, and inform the larger field of those interested in improving economic opportunities for women and their families.
